RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Augusto Ju Nior, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in the same condition in which you received it
Be unworn and unused
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in its original packaging
Include your proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that show signs of wear, use, damage or alteration may not be accepted for return, except where the issue concerns a defect or your statutory consumer rights apply.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Do not send an item back before your return has been approved and you have received return instructions from us.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by Augusto Ju Nior in the return instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING
For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Where a return shipping label is provided by Augusto Ju Nior, any applicable return shipping cost will be communicated to you before the return is processed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@augusto-ju-nior.com.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the item and packaging where relevant
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are not affected by this policy.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain products may be excluded from return where an applicable legal exception applies.
For AJN, this may include:
Personalised or custom-made products
Products made specifically to your specifications
Gift cards
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons where applicable
Sale items remain eligible for return unless otherwise stated, provided they meet the requirements of this Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size or product, the simplest option is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the item you would like.
EU STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and generally within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal.
The goods should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, provided this was communicated to you before purchase.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products for which an applicable legal exception exists.
OUR 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
Our 30-day return period is an additional return option offered by Augusto Ju Nior and does not replace or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
Where the statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies, those rights remain available regardless of our additional 30-day return policy.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your return has been approved.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return has been approved.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

REFUND AMOUNT
When a refund is due under the applicable return or withdrawal rules, we will refund the amount required by applicable law.
For statutory withdrawals within the EU, this generally includes the standard delivery cost paid for the original shipment. If you selected a more expensive delivery option than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer, the additional cost may not be refundable where permitted by law.
For returns under our additional 30-day return policy, any applicable shipping costs will be handled in accordance with the terms communicated to you when your return is approved.
RETURN CONDITION
Returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.
Augusto Ju Nior reserves the right to assess the condition of returned products before approving a refund, subject always to your statutory consumer rights.
